It's well below 13 degrees Fahrenheit here on the east coast, that's negative 10.5 degrees Celsius brrrrrr! All this frigid weather reminds me of spiked Vivien Westwood platforms...and what goes better with V.W. spiked pleather platforms than dark lipstick and pale skin? I find putting together outfits are so much more enjoyable in the winter. Cold weather excuses those who love to overdress and over accessorize.
