So I just finished watching the UK original version of Skins, season 5 episode 1, Franky. I was blown away by the music, plot, styling, cinematography etc as I always am with the UK series Skins. I was horrified when I heard MTV created a US version of Skins and even more horrified when I saw the trailer. Have a looksies. As if slamming Sleigh Bells into the trailer makes it any cooler (Don't get me wrong I love Sleigh Bells just not in combination with MTV's Skins). Puke. The US needs to stop stealing brilliant ideas and trying to make it their own. U.K. vs US game over!
