I don't like it but they're back: the dreaded scrunchie. Just the name makes me shutter. Scrunchie. SCRUNCHIE! Urban's doing it, American Apparel's doing it, you can even find them on the runway.  A crumpled up scrap of fabric, left over fabric wrapped around elastic that you wear in your hair.  I guess it's cool if you're going green or you're into not being wasteful, but really it's not cool at all. Scrunchies should be banned.
